Business Process Innovation Summit Speaker
“I had hunted down James in a quest to find bloggers (or at least, people blogging) around the topics of Business Innovation, or Process Innovation, to invite as speakers for our Business and Process Innovation Summit (BPIS) in October 2006. Having found James blogging away on multiple fronts, and having a great couple of phone calls, I went with the hunch and brought him on board. Happy to report that his session at the event was quite well received (and luckily I was able to sit in on most of his session).
He has a great blend of in-depth examples, humor in delivery, and ability to engage and interact with the audience – very much as his blogging style would suggest (truth in advertising perhaps?). From my standpoint, I’d say this is a random connection that has worked out fabulously for James, myself, and the attendees to our event.
